If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
What Can Be Returned
- Products delivered damaged or leaking
- Wrong product or wrong shade delivered
- Unopened products in original sealed packaging
What Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return

- Share your order details and a photo of the product.
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds for COD orders are made via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
